Job Responsibilities

  • Routinely conducting database compilation, financial data analysis (profit & loss), and performance data of all Adaro Group companies to measure the company’s financial capability (covenant).
  • Collecting related data to create systematic and up-to-date Adaro’s Operational and Financial Highlights to be provided for external parties such as lenders/investors, credit rating.
  • Compiling market and industry research, including research of competitor companies performance, to make an accurate industry database.
  • Preparing discussion materials for meetings with external parties (lenders/investors, credit rating) and making responses to questions/requests for information from external parties.
  • Involved in corporate action projects, such as fundraising with banks/investors and mergers so that projects can run smoothly.
  • Conducting financial models and feasibility studies for Adaro Group’s projects to be used as recommendations in project implementation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the same or related position.
  • Have an excellent financial reserach and analysis skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta (head office).
