Corporate Fitness Centre Director Central London | Operations Management | Permanent | Full time Up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience 40 hours per week About the Role We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated leader to represent Nuffield Health onsite with one of our key corporate clients. This is a high‑profile role responsible for leading service delivery, managing the day-to-day client relationship, and ensuring our fitness offering remains market‑leading, relevant and impactful. You will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, while inspiring and leading an onsite team to deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities Overall accountability for the delivery of all onsite Fitness services and operations. Represent Nuffield Health as the primary onsite lead and trusted partner for a key corporate client Manage and nurture the day‑to‑day client relationship, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction Build strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decision‑making where appropriate Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing onsite team, setting clear standards and leading by example Delivery of all contractual and site level performance metrics Maintain a strong understanding of the fitness industry, including current and emerging trends, to ensure the programme remains innovative and future‑focused Drive the commerciality of the contract by optimising revenue streams and introducing new service lines About You You will be a dynamic and credible leader with a strong background in fitness operations and client management. You will bring: Strong knowledge of fitness Centre operations as well as industry trends and best practice Proven site leadership and people management experience Confidence in managing and influencing senior stakeholders Excellent client relationship management skills Strong commercial and financial understanding Ability to analyse data, present outcomes and propose solutions A proactive, team‑focused approach with high personal standards and a strong work ethic The confidence to challenge appropriately, balanced with the ability to adhere where required Working Pattern This is a fully onsite role, five days per week, based at the client location.
