REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant or in a high-end service environment
  • Valid Canadian passport, driver’s license, and credit card
  • Outstanding customer service, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Flexible schedule with availability for short-notice flights and client contracts


    • Highly random schedules (ex.: few days deployment, many days off-work)

    • Willingness to complete all required training
    • Must be proficient in French and English

    Responsibilities

    Corporate duties and assignments

    • Oversee owners’ specific needs for their aircraft
    • Maintain an adequate fleet service-related inventory
    • New aircraft service entry purchases and setups
    • Oversee the overall company in-flight services quality

    Pre-Flight Preparation

    • Coordinate and order catering to meet client preferences
    • Prepare the aircraft to ensure passenger comfort and maintain a pristine environment
    • Conduct all necessary pre-flight checks and setups

    In-Flight Service

    • Deliver exceptional, first-class service to our elite clientele
    • Maintain the highest standards of cabin presentation throughout the flight
    • Confidently manage menu selections and plate presentations
    • Complete and maintain all required Safety Training as mandated by Transport Canada

    Post-Flight Support

    • Ensure the cabin is thoroughly groomed after each flight
    • Replenish onboard stock and handle shopping for catering and supplies as needed
    • Produce detailed post-flight report (PFR)
