Description An established Part 91 flight department operating a late-model Gulfstream G600 is seeking an experienced, energetic Corporate Flight Attendant to report to the Aviation Manager and serve as a member of the flight crew team. This role ensures an exceptional experience for the company principal and guests on domestic and international trips. The parent company values safety, discretion, service, and consistency, and the crew takes pride in delivering unparalleled customer service. In-Flight Duties Anticipate passenger needs and deliver an elite, personalized onboard experience. Maintain detailed passenger preference profiles for principal and frequent guests; update records following each trip. Perform pre-flight safety checks and brief passengers on safety procedures. Conduct periodic cabin checks throughout the flight to ensure passenger comfort and safety, responding promptly to any requests or concerns. Maintain cabin cleanliness and restock of supplies. Operate all features of Cabin Management Systems, audio/video systems, galley equipment, and in-flight connectivity platforms. Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company safety procedures during all phases of flight. Provide emergency response and assistance as directed by the Pilot-in-Command, including administering first aid when necessary. Catering Create customized menus for each trip, accounting for flight duration, passenger count, personal preferences, dietary restrictions, and allergen requirements. Maintain knowledge of wine, beverages, and specialty provisions appropriate to ultra-long-range private aviation service. Coordinate international catering logistics, including navigating language and cultural differences, packaging requirements, and food safety standards. Order, procure, and reconcile billing for catering and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and freshness. Proactively solicit post-trip feedback from crew and passengers; conduct quality checks and adjust vendor relationships accordingly. Stay updated on culinary trends to enhance onboard service. Additional Responsibilities Ensure the cabin is outfitted with all linens, china, crystal, and flatware. Manage outfitting projects and vendor relations. Develop and maintain global relationships with preferred vendors to ensure reliable, high-quality service. Conduct spot treatments and manage laundering and dry cleaning of aircraft linens and towels. Monitor and maintain inventory across the aircraft, hangar facility, and stock rooms; rotate stock and remove expired items. Track purchasing expenses and support budget reconciliation for all purchases. Organize and manage ground transportation for passengers. Assist with uniform procurement and inventory management. Requirements Required Skills and Abilities Polished, professional interpersonal skills with a positive, guest-first mindset. High emotional intelligence and strong orientation toward collaboration and teamwork. Ability to remain flexible and available for last-minute schedule changes and on-call assignments. Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, allergen standards, and international catering logistics. Absolute discretion in handling confidential information related to principal, guests, and company affairs. Sound judgment and structured decision-making in support of day-to-day operations. Ability to process information quickly and respond calmly and effectively in unexpected or serious situations, including all types of in-flight emergencies. Comfortable working in a time-sensitive environment with the ability to manage stress and adapt to unexpected change. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or Apple equivalents (Numbers, Pages, Keynote); familiarity with trip support and inventory management platforms is a plus. Valid U.S. passport required; ability to travel internationally without restriction. Second language proficiency preferred, given the international scope of operations. Education and Experience High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of Corporate Flight Attendant experience, with preference given to candidates with large-cabin or ultra-long-range aircraft experience (G550, G600, G650, or equivalent). Completion of recurrent corporate flight attendant training through a recognized program (e.g., FACTS Training, FlightSafety International, or equivalent) is strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience in catering management. Familiarity with emergency response procedures and customer service excellence standards in a private aviation context. Experience working in a highly confidential, professional, high-net-worth environment is required. Physical Requirements Must be physically capable of performing all required duties, including lifting and operating emergency equipment. Must be able to move throughout the aircraft cabin freely, effectively, and quickly during all phases of flight. Additional Requirements Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments. Must reside within 60 minutes of Scottsdale, AZ, or be willing to relocate.
