We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to generate new clients through events across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Qatar, and Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the corporate gifts industry and expertise in branding techniques.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the corporate gifts industry in Dubai.
  • Strong understanding of corporate gifting trends and branding techniques.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in dealing with clients from UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Bahrain.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for business development activities.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through corporate events, trade shows, and networking in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Qatar, and Bahrain.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve a yearly target of AED 1.5 million, divided into four quarters.
  • Possess excellent product knowledge of corporate gifts and branding techniques, including printing, engraving, embroidery, and other customization methods.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights to management.
