Responsibilities and Impact

  • Oversee clients’ corporate governance research and shareholder communication campaigns related to AGMs, EGMs, M&A, and other corporate actions.
  • Write bespoke research reports for clients, analysing shareholder meeting agenda items and corporate governance topics.
  • Organise investor roadshows concerning shareholder meetings and M&A topics.
  • Engage with institutional shareholders to solicit intentions on meeting agendas or transactional sentiment.
  • Maintain and update investor profiles of key global institutional investors.
  • Develop expertise in proxy voting mechanics and corporate governance standards across multiple regions
