Job Description Attraverso questo tirocinio, della durata di 6 mesi, nell’Ufficio Compliance Bosch della sede di Milano, avrai l’opportunità di approfondire le tue conoscenze legali e di sviluppare competenze nell’ambito della gestione della Corporate Governance e della Compliance all’interno del Gruppo Bosch Italia. Avrai l’opportunità di partecipare alla revisione e l’aggiornamento dei Modelli Organizzativi delle Società del Gruppo Bosch Italia e delle procedure di compliance aziendali, parteciperai alle riunioni dell’Organismo di Vigilanza, supporterai l’organizzazione e l’erogazione della Formazione in ambito D.Dlg 231/01 e D.Dlg 24/23 sul “Whistleblowing”. Avrai la possibilità approfondire le tue conoscenze in ambito legale applicandole a temi di Compliance Aziendale, con una visione sia locale sia multinazionale. Qualifications Formazione: Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza; Lingue: Inglese, minimo livello B2; Competenze tecniche: conoscenza delle normative e e delle leggi in materia di Corporate Governance (in particolare D.lLgs. 231/2001 e D.lgs. 24/2023 ). buone nell’utilizzo di Excel, Word e PowerPoint; Stile di lavoro: Orientamento al problem solving, passione e curiosità; Personalità: Buone capacità comunicative e attitudine all’approfondimento delle tematiche affrontate. Additional Information Internships foresee reimbursement at Bosch Italia. Depending on the level of your education, you will reimbursed with 700/900 euros (gross)/month. Responsibilities
