The product: Convene (www.azeusconvene.com ) is an award-winning board governance application for board and executive committee meetings, already been used by FTSE 100, Fortune 500, banks, governments, etc. In a short period of five years, Azeus Convene has expanded its client base exponentially with a global footprint in over 100 countries. Job responsibilities: Collecting and analyzing data about the company's operational costs Developing and analyzing cost standard and cost savings Carrying out cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis Establishing costs of business processes such as administration Performing account reconciliations Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management Recommending changes to the company's processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit Advising executives and management on appropriate costing based on financial data Managing the company's balance sheet and accounting books Reporting to Head office, developing, implementing, communicating and maintaining governance, risk and compliance policies, processes and procedures Job requirements: CMA first passer Background in a software/IT company is a plus Has demonstrable experience on preparing financial reports and giving recommendations based on available data Strong financial analysis skills Perks: Competitive salary with great opportunity for growth and career advancement Work with CFO based in Toronto, Canada, other managers and colleagues all around the world
