DESCRIPTION

We have a new opportunity to join our growing team as an Associate or Senior Associate Corporate Governance Lawyer.
This role is essential in leading the internal corporate governance support for various companies, partnerships, and trusts within Mourant. You will work closely with our Chief Governance Officer and senior management.
This role is focused on providing governance support to Mourant’s law firm, consulting business and Business Services teams.
If you have strong practical knowledge of company law and are enthusiastic, organised and detail oriented, we’d really like to hear from you.
