We are looking for a highly experienced and meticulous Partner Affairs and Corporate Governance Manager to oversee our company’s selected partner affairs and corporate governance activities. This role supports the Board of Directors, Partner Committee, and Nomination Committee by working closely with the Chair of the Board and General Counsel to ensure the effective preparation and execution of board meetings and corporate governance projects.
What kind work is it about?
This role is centered around the intricate and rewarding field of corporate governance and partner affairs management. As a Corporate Governance Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting our organization’s leadership and ensuring the seamless execution of key governance activities. You will work closely with senior leaders, contributing to the planning and implementation of strategic meetings, managing partner relationships, and upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Board and Committee Support:

  • Collaborate with the Chair of the Board and General Counsel to prepare board meetings and corporate governance activities.
  • Work alongside the Human Capital Leader to manage partner affairs, including preparing for Partner Committee meetings.
  • Organize and prepare Partner and Equity Partner meetings.
  • Plan and execute the annual Partner event in partnership with an Executive Assistant.

Partner Affairs Management:

  • Update and manage the annual cycle of partner affairs.
  • Take overall responsibility for partner contracts and the shareholder register.
  • Oversee the sales and cancellation of shares, ensuring all related commercial register notifications are handled properly.
  • Facilitate partner affairs processes according to the annual cycle and company requirements.
  • Act as a project manager, coordinating with leaders and equity partners to ensure timely implementation of changes.
  • Finalize projects and processes, meticulously documenting them as part of our quality system.

General Meeting and Regulatory Compliance:

  • Organize and prepare the Annual General Meeting, handling subsequent commercial registration and regulatory notifications.
  • Participate in Network Partner Affairs virtual meetings, bringing relevant topics to stakeholders and developing processes accordingly.

Quality and Network Standards:

  • Maintain quality responsibilities related to our network standards.

What do you expect from me?

  • Higher university degree in Corporate Law, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles; candidates with over 25 years of experience are welcome.
  • Proven ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities and organize them effectively to stay ahead of other parties.
  • Proactive in finding solutions and preparing options for final decision-making.
  • Experienced in preparing meeting materials and presentations with relevant content.
  • Trustworthy, diligent, and meticulous professional.
