Description
Manage a defined set of corporate accounts and prospects, focusing on whitespace development and small run-rate growth. Execute outbound prospecting campaigns and follow up on marketing-generated leads to drive new logo acquisition. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in CRM tools such as Salesforce.com. Collaborate with CAMs, ACAMs, and Corporate AEs to ensure account alignment and coverage continuity. Participate in vertical-specific initiatives and contribute to regional sales strategies. Support transactional sales motions while developing consultative selling skills for more complex opportunities. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to technical and business audiences. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes; Salesforce.com experience preferred. Understanding digital transformation concepts and enterprise software solutions (e.g., CAD, PLM, ALM, SLM). Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and evolve toward a full Corporate AE role. 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a hybrid or inside sales capacity. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience working with or alongside channel partners is a plus. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Willingness to travel for customer meetings and team collaboration.
