We are now looking for a new team member to join our team in Basel as aCORPORATE HOUSING COORDINATOR (80%) - Hybrid Ireland
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Managing a pool of corporate apartments across Ireland, Munich, Zürich, and Brussels
Handling bookings, apartment availability, and client requirements
Coordinating with real estate agents, corporate clients, tenants, tradespeople, and service providers
Organizing check-ins/check-outs, apartment viewings, cleaning, key handovers, and property tours
Meet and greet with new arrivals where required for properties chiefly in Cork and Limerick
Managing additional needs such as welcome baskets and special guest requests
Handling issues, complaints, or escalations from tenants
Assisting with invoice entry, reconciliation, and reporting
WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under time pressure
Comfortable using IT tools and working with digital systems
A team player mindset and openness to job-sharing
A quick learner with a good head for numbers
General knowledge of corporate accommodation real estate (leases, check-in/check-out, insurance claims)
German language skills (nice to have, but not essential)
A working knowledge of Res:Harmonics would be a benefit
