JOB SUMMARY

The Corporate IT Manager will oversee Rigid’s information technology infrastructure, managing both technology and IT staff to ensure systems are secure, functional, and aligned with business goals. Key responsibilities include implementing hardware and software solutions, maintaining networks and security, managing IT budgets, collaborating with vendors and other departments, and developing IT policies and procedures to support organizational efficiency and growth.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
  • Professional certification
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in maintaining computer hardware/software and managing and IT Management
  • Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT Solutions
  • Deep knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (ex: Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring
  • Working in a customer-oriented service environment, including Computer imaging, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange (Cloud), IT ticketing system, asset management, printer services, videoconferencing equipment and applications.
  • Valid U.S. drivers’ license.
  • Ability to travel to RIGID locations for IT support as necessary
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $95,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, build, deploy, maintain and upgrade, Rigid’s hardware, software, and network infrastructure, including servers, computers, and applications
  • Train, coach, and supervise IT team members, ensuring they have the skills and resources to perform their duties effectively
  • Implement robust security protocols, conduct audits, and develop disaster recovery and backup plans to protect the company’s data and systems from threats
  • Research and evaluate new technologies to align them with Rigid’s long-term objectives and identify opportunities for strategic technological advancement
  • Handle business critical IT tasks and system administration
  • Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
  • Design, develop, and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent, efficient, and secure operations
  • Train employees to use software and hardware when needed
  • Collaborate with external vendors for hard and software support
