TEMPORARY FULL TIME ON-SITE ROLE
Responsibilities:
The temporary Network Analyst is responsible for providing company-wide technical and resource services in the installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnosis of network computer hardware, peripheral equipment, servers and software; to install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair local-and wide-area network cabling; to provide network user support and assistance. The Network Analyst also is responsible for delivering quality customer service by auditing and analyzing cellular, long distance and local telephone charges and assisting in the implementing of telephone system changes and modifications. The Network Analyst must interact with other Information Technology resources to ensure prompt resolution of any telephone billing problems. The Network Analyst is responsible for assessment of Hospital wiring and Network configuration and provide recommendations for proper installation. This position is responsible for following-up with users on all outstanding problems logged through the Service Desk and serves as a resource for the on-call off hours support on a rotation. This position is responsible for break / fix activities as well as new equipment installation.
The temporary Network Analyst also works on special projects as assigned.
The temporary Network Analyst reports to the VP of Enterprise IT Network.
