ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Corporate IT & Security Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for providing critical IT and security support to the business. You will ensure Castlery’s IT and security risks are detected and resolved promptly, minimizing their impact on business operations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• IT Support and Maintenance: Provide technical support and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal IT performance.
• IT & Security Provisioning and Implementation: Manage user access and backend configurations to ensure secure operations.
• Information Security Detection and Response Operations: Proactively identify and address security threats to protect business assets.
• SOP and Guidelines Development: Plan and document IT and security standard operating procedures and guidelines.
• Security Control Implementation: Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement information security-related controls.
• Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Work with functional stakeholders and vendors to ensure secure practices and processes.
