Basic Information Job mission and objectives The Global Compensation and Benefits Specialist is essential in designing, implementing, and managing the company’s global compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures offerings are competitive, sustainable, compliant with international legal standards, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. By managing effective global compensation and benefits strategies, the specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing employee satisfaction and retention across various regions. Main tasks of the role will include: Develop and implement global compensation strategies and structures, ensuring competitiveness across all regions. Conduct market research and participate in international surveys to benchmark and adjust compensation and benefits packages. Collaborate with local HR managers to ensure job evaluations and classifications meet regional compensation norms. Ensure the accuracy and security of global compensation and benefits data. Prepare reports on global trends, providing insights relevant to different markets. Support strategic decision-making with global data analysis. Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Professional certification in HR or compensation and benefits preferred. Experience & Skills Experience in global compensation, benefits, or related HR functions. Familiarity with HRIS, specifically SuccessFactors (SAP). Experience working with HR managers across various countries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerBI, and knowledge of SuccessFactors (SAP). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English essential for effective global collaboration and understanding cultural differences. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. We offer to you: Office-based with a hybrid work option. May require additional hours to accommodate international time zones.
