Responsibilities

We are seeking a Global Onboarding Senior Specialist to join our team and deliver an amazing experience to our new hires

What you will do:

  • Creating and cultivating a welcoming environment for new hires
  • Facilitation of in-person and virtual onboarding sessions (80% of workload will be facilitation)
  • Proactively identifying outdated content and supporting / updating conten
  • Participating in continuous improvement project
  • Building relationships with leaders and experts to ensure participation at onboarding sessions
  • Ability to answer questions regarding the business and maintains curiosity to find answers and seek to understand business processes
  • Dependability, people are relying on you to deliver session
