REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in legal drafting and clerical tasks is essential.

  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.

  • Previous experience in a legal environment is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible.
  • Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines and coordinating tasks among team members.
  • Conduct interviews with clients or witnesses to gather necessary information for cases.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for court appearances and meetings.
