As a Corporate Legal Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our legal team. You’ll assist with corporate filings, legal documentation, calendar management, and day-to-day operations of the legal function. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and has a strong grasp of corporate legal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents including contracts, resolutions, board minutes, and corporate filings
  • Maintain legal files, contract management systems, and databases
  • Support company secretarial functions, including maintaining entity records and compliance calendars
  • Coordinate meetings, manage legal department calendars, and assist with internal and external communications
  • Conduct legal research and compile relevant data as required
  • Liaise with external counsel, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £29,000.00 per year
