OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• CORES Level II required; however, candidates with CORES Level I and relevant experience will also be considered.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, ALF, CORES, CLIO
• Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
• Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Competent in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent client service rapport and professionalism

• Prepare, draft, and revise corporate documents including incorporations, amendments, annual returns, minute books, share transactions, and related filings.
• Maintain and organize corporate records to ensure compliance with regulatory and filing requirements.
• Assist with incorporations, extra-provincial registrations, continuances, dissolutions, and other corporate transactions.
• Conduct and review corporate searches
• Manage and track filing deadlines, annual returns, and minute book updates.
• Coordinate and communicate with lawyers, clients, and government agencies regarding corporate filings and documentation.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling, file management, billing preparation, and correspondence.
• Supporting multiple lawyers with their corporate law practices
