Operating across multiple jurisdictions, we work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment that requires strong legal support across corporate, commercial, and compliance matters. We are seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to join our team and support the company’s international operations. Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Law & Internal Documentation Draft, maintain, and update corporate documentation for the company and its group entities. Provide legal support for employee and contractor documentation, including: Employment and civil law contracts NDAs, confidentiality agreements, and intellectual property assignment agreements Internal policies, procedures, and regulations Provide legal support to onboarding and offboarding processes. Client Contracts Draft, review, and negotiate client agreements. Work with both standard and customized contracts, including negotiating commercial and legal terms. Identify, assess, and manage legal risks related to liability, warranties, indemnities, and governing law. Partner & Commercial Agreements Draft and support partnership agreements. Manage contracts with contractors, vendors, and commercial partners. Support contractual structures involving revenue sharing, international payments, and cross-border cooperation. Compliance & Internal Policies Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal policies and compliance procedures. Provide legal support for compliance with client, partner, and internal requirements. Coordinate with external legal advisors, consultants, and auditors when required. Data Protection & Privacy Support legal matters related to personal data protection and confidential information. Draft, review, and maintain privacy and data protection documentation. Advise internal teams on data processing, privacy compliance, and regulatory risks. International Operations Provide legal support for contracts and operations across multiple jurisdictions. Work extensively with English-language legal documentation. Liaise with local legal counsels and external advisors in different countries. Risk Management & Dispute Support Conduct legal risk assessments for existing and prospective contracts. Prepare legal positions and support pre-dispute negotiations. Assist the company in complex, non-standard, or conflict situations. Law degree from an accredited university. High level of English proficiency (both written and spoken), sufficient for drafting and negotiating complex legal documents. Previous experience as an in-house lawyer or in a law firm, with a focus on international business and/or IT / digital companies. Strong practical experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. Hands-on experience with privacy and data protection matters. Ability to work independently and take ownership of legal matters in a fast-paced, international environment. Nice to Have Knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage. Experience supporting multi-jurisdictional business operations. Familiarity with corporate governance in international company structures. Experience working closely with business, product, and technical teams. Fully remote work, with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
