RESPONSABILITIES

  • Definition of contractual standards.
  • Drafting and revision of contracts and management of aspects related to any type of contracts.
  • Management of relations with external law firms.
  • Advising on legal issues related to the core business.
  • Support on Compliance standards.
  • Conducting research, investigating facts, and developing legal arguments.
  • Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation.
  • Create, organize, and maintain various archives (electronic and hard copy)

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree in law or similar (Master in Space law is a plus).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform diverse duties under operating and deadline constraints.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Precision.
  • Good time management and goals oriented.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in commercial contract negotiations, including NDAs, service agreements, and other business contracts, is desirable.
