Corporate Legal: • Manage and direct the Corporate Legal department's activities to protect corporation's interest from legal stand point. • Identify strategies to ensure the application and compliance of laws through effective communication, policy and practice in collaboration with direct leaders, management and other BINUS leaders. • Develop Corporate Legal policies, and provides guidance and direction in legal aspect, to management regarding best choice within management goals • Identify strategies from the corporate legal aspect to deal with cases or conflicts, through effective communication, policy and practice in collaboration with direct leaders, management and other BINUS leaders. • Take legal action to defend the rights and interests of the BINUS organization, engaging outside legal counsel as appropriate (if needed). • Lead the team to understand Organization Business Plan, understand related business process, identify and understand Organization needs, identify and understand regulations regarding business process, identify best scenario to be implied as a strategic plan regarding Organization form material. • Lead the team Identifying best scenario to be implemented as a strategic plan regarding Organization form and Structure, business activities and processes in order to achieve high legal compliance. • Lead the team to conduct and deliver excellent service in term of Due Diligence and/or Legal Audit Activities. Lead the team to understand Organization Business Plan, understand related business process, identify and understand Organization needs, identify and understand regulations regarding business process, identify best scenario to be implied as a strategic plan regarding Organization form material. • Lead the team Identifying best scenario to be implemented as a strategic plan regarding Organization form and Structure, business activities and processes in order to achieve high legal compliance. • Lead the team to conduct and deliver excellent service in term of Due Diligence and/or Legal Audit Activities. License & Permit Legal: • Ensure completeness and up-to-date of all the organization’s licenses and permits in accordance with the required by applicable law; • Identifying and comprehend upcoming and new law and regulations relating to licenses and permits regulation that may and will impact the organization. • Provide Strategic Advice and guidance relating to licenses and permits legal. • Ensure excellent service in terms license and permits assistance to business unit and divisions in BINUS organization. • Build and maintain good relationship with government and any other respective Parties Business & Activity Legal: • Ensure organization’s business activities and processes that are lawful, comply and in accordance with the required by applicable law. • Lead the team member in Identifying and understanding upcoming and new law and regulations relating to business and activity of each unit in BINUS Organization that may and will impact the Organization. • Lead the Team member to deliver excellent service in terms of Conduct Legal Actions for all activities to fulfill Organization Obligations and needs Lead and monitor in legal action activities to fulfill organization obligations and needs • Lead the team to deliver excellent service in terms of assisting the business activities of each unit di BINUS Organization, especially in matters relating to legal aspects • Develop and review strategies for addressing regulatory and legal risks related to business activities. IPR and Legal Relation: • Lead the IPR Team member in order to maximize the organization’s compliance level to the law: o Ensuring IPR relating with organization’s business activities and processes that are lawful and comply to the existing regulation. o Identifying and understanding upcoming and new law and regulations relating to IPR of each unit in BINUS Organization that may and will impact the Organization. • Lead the Team member to deliver excellent service in terms of Building and maintaining good relationship with Notary, Government institutional and any other respective Parties Management Support Activities: • Provide Report to Direct Supervisor • Suggest improvement for operational process regarding IPR and Legal Relation section • Perform activities related to quality management system • Perform additional tasks as required by Direct Supervisor General Requirement: • Bachelor Degree (S1), major in Law Work Exposure/ Experience: • Minimum 3 years in managerial level, and minimum 10 years working experience in related area Special Skill: • Strong legal skill and knowledge • Management Skill • Communication fundamentals • Understand and familiar Indonesian regulations in License & Permit and the process of License & Permit. • Understand and familiar with the IPR regulations and the process of registering IPR • Understand and familiar Indonesian regulations in Civil Law and Contract Law If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
