Description We are seeking a dedicated and organized part-time Corporate Logistics Office Intern to join our team in Raleigh, NC for the spring and summer semester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Stock shelves with office supplies and snacks. Order snacks and office supplies as needed. Pick up and deliver supplies as needed. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner. Greet and assist visitors upon arrival to the office. Manage and maintain Outlook calendars for staff members. Assist with schedule and coordinate events, including meetings and special events. Work with vendors to organize and manage special events. Keep the office environment neat, clean, and organized at all times. Assist with the planning and execution of both in-office and offsite events. Provide general administrative support as needed. Assist with additional duties and responsibilities as required. Additional Responsibilities Maintain and update office records and files. Prepare documents and reports as requested by manager. Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and stocked with necessary supplies. Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications. Requirements Qualifications Pursuing associate's or bachelors degree in Hospitality or similar preferred.
