Overview of Programme The Great Eastern Corporate Management Associate Programme is a structured leadership programme that aims to develop the future leaders of Great Eastern. Designed to cater to the top talents, the role will be placed on an accelerated, dynamic career track that challenges the individual to maximize his/her potential and fulfill his/her career aspirations. Structure of the Programme The Management Associate is required to go through structured rotations in the following areas: Business Business Support & Operations Governance Group Internal Audit Selected OCBC functions During the rotation period, the Management Associate is expected to take on a core role in the department, as well as being involved in at least one stretch assignment that will be cross-department/division in nature. To succeed in this role, individual must: Be highly driven and results oriented – eagerness to learn and apply new knowledge acquired Articulate and write well Possess strong analytical skills and big picture thinking Possess good leadership skills Be adaptable and flexible Exhibit high level of integrity Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company. Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices. Possess Strong Academic Records No more than two years of working experience if already graduated CCAs: Leadership experience, non-academic achievements, testimonials from past employers Demonstrates alignment with the organisation’s core values through expected behaviours High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork. Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
