REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or any related field
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in organizing corporate events/exhibitions in the UAE
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of Adobe tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator is an added advantage
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity, strong planning abilities and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager across a wide range of activities, with a key focus on managing corporate events and exhibitions for our group of companies in the UAE. The ideal candidate will also support the execution of marketing campaigns and handle marketing-related vendors and collaterals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and coordinate corporate events and exhibitions from concept to execution
  • Coordinate company participation in festivals, trade shows and other marketing events
  • Manage development and distribution of corporate gifts
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, giveaways, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of all materials and services
  • Support the Marketing Manager in executing digital marketing activities
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns
