Role Summary
The Corporate Marketing & Communications Manager reports to the Director of Corporate Marketing & Communications and is pivotal in supporting Century Group’s corporate initiatives and diverse operational teams, including hospitality, property management, seniors’ communities, BlueCity Construction, and real estate development projects. This role ensures all marketing and communication activities align with corporate objectives and maintains consistent brand standards across all divisions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of providing exceptional support to leadership and teams, facilitating their success at the highest level. This individual will be highly motivated, results-driven, a strong team player, and dedicated to advancing the Corporate Marketing & Communications function and supporting its Director. They will excel in a collaborative environment, readily take direction, and actively seek opportunities to contribute.
