Description The Corporate Operations Analyst II/III plays a key role in supporting and optimizing organizational performance across multiple business functions. This position is responsible for analyzing operational processes, identifying efficiency opportunities, and implementing data-driven solutions that enhance productivity and alignment with corporate goals. The analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, supports strategic initiatives, develops reporting and performance metrics, and ensures consistent, high-quality operational execution. This mid-level role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities • Provides operations support to the Project Managers, Directors, and C-Suite as required on all necessary projects • Works closely with ACE Consulting Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Directors to monitor and track contract deliverables for all company projects and tasks to include travel and material purchases • Participates in operations and project execution meetings • Prepares monthly invoices • Updates Unanet and Paylocity with administrative contract updates/changes for employees coming onto or departing project tasks, as well as setting up new Subcontracts • Prepares cost estimates and/or EACs when requested • Reviews and processes Contract Modifications/Purchase Orders/Change Orders for project tracking and monthly invoicing • Creates project execution reports and projections for each active task • Prepares and submits monthly deliverables and other reports as requested • Uses databases and MS Office products to manage, maintain and distribute project tracking tools and invoices as directed by the COO • Analyzes information and make recommendations with supporting rationale Requirements • 4-year degree desired, HS Diploma or equivalent required • 5-7 years’ experience in a Contracts Specialist, Operations Analyst, or Corporate Financial Analyst role • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in MS Excel and Unanet or other financial tracking tool (Unanet experience is desired, but not a hard requirement) • Good interpersonal skills, be detail oriented, self-motivated, and organized • Good written and oral communication skills • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment at times • Ability to complete tasks without direct supervision
