(DHi) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operational activities across departments. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating operational initiatives, maintaining administrative processes, and ensuring effective communication between teams. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced government contracting environment. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Coordination Coordinate daily operational activities and assist with workflow management across departments. Support internal teams with scheduling, documentation, and operational planning. Maintain operational records and assist with process tracking. Administrative Support Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation. Maintain records related to operations, internal projects, and business initiatives. Assist with managing internal communications and meeting coordination. Reporting & Compliance Generate operational reports and performance metrics for leadership review. Support compliance initiatives related to internal operational processes. Maintain documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with HR, finance, and program management teams to support operational initiatives. Assist leadership in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in operations coordination, administrative support, or business operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational tracking systems. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential business information responsibly. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting operational activities in government contracting or defense environments. Familiarity with corporate process improvement initiatives.
