Description About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to provide comprehensive legal, administrative, and operational support to executive leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and is capable of managing legal documentation, compliance processes, and corporate initiatives with professionalism and discretion. This position supports legal operations, compliance, contracts, grants, tax credit applications, and executive-level projects across the organization. Key Responsibilities Legal & Paralegal Functions Assist with the preparation, organization, and management of legal documents and records. Support contract review, franchise agreements, document tracking, and version control. Track legal deadlines, filings, and correspondence. Maintain legal files and ensure proper document retention and organization. Support litigation, claims, and legal coordination with internal stakeholders and external counsel. Conduct basic legal and regulatory research as assigned. Grants, Incentives & Tax Credit Support Assist with county grant research, applications, documentation, and reporting requirements. Support preparation and submission of tax credit applications and compliance documentation. Track deadlines, deliverables, and reporting obligations related to grants and incentives. Coordinate information collection from internal departments for grant and tax credit submissions. Executive & Administrative Support Provide daily administrative support to executive leadership. Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation as needed. Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and supporting departmental initiatives. Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism. Support data entry, research, and preparation of project and executive summaries. Perform general administrative duties to enhance departmental workflows and productivity. Help manage task lists and ensure deadlines are not overlooked. Other duties as assigned.
