Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, professional team environment
A team player who is willing to mentor juniors and a willingness to collaborate with others on the team
A client-focused approach and commitment to providing exceptional service to internal and external clients; customer service and communication skills are an asset
Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and document management software

Responsibilities:

Attending to online corporate filings with the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry and Corporations Canada
Preparing documents with respect to incorporations/organizations, name changes, amalgamations, dissolutions, restorals, revivals, re-organizations, various article amendments, continuances and other transaction related documents
Preparing and filing documents for partnerships, limited partnerships, business names and co-ordinating extra-provincial registrations across Canada
Preparing documents to change the registered office, issue and transfer shares, appoint and remove directors and officers, document dividends, share redemptions and other corporate resolutions
Drafting customized resolutions and any related documentation and conduct online filings for complex transactions, often on a time sensitive basis
Conducting minute book reviews and preparing documents to correct minute book deficiencies
Conducting and reviewing corporate searches
Responding to daily inquiries from counsel and clients and handle day-to-day corporate matters
Updating and maintaining corporate records and minute books, ensuring documents comply with the applicable legislation and are entered into the database
