This role is a full-time, non-exempt position supporting attorneys in our Business Law Group. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents; preparing and filing annual reports, audit letters and annual compliance filings; managing and maintaining corporate records; collaborating with attorneys on fast paced merger and acquisition closings and other corporate matters; interfacing professionally with clients and other legal professionals; and maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong communication skills and at least three (3) years of relevant experience preferred. A bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate is a plus. The successful candidate will be capable of producing high quality work in a timely and professional manner, while providing exceptional client service and team support, in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, financial acumen, and advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
