In this role, you will lead and oversee the support enablement of global NXI programs, working towards high-quality service and support delivery to customers. You will be instrumental in facilitating new service offerings and ensuring service readiness within diverse portfolios. The role provides a significant opportunity to influence the development and launch of innovative solutions, contributing to the overall customer experience and business growth. Your expertise will drive improvements and ensure a cohesive service delivery strategy across the organization. \n Accountabilities Lead and oversee support enablement for global NXI programs. Represent the Product Support Delivery Readiness Organization in the Product Lifecycle Management process. Conduct business analysis to identify root causes and develop recommendations for improvement. Collaborate across regions and teams to implement new services, solutions, or programs. Be responsible for revenue and margin contribution for multiple solutions or services. Develop business cases based on customer requirements and validate service solutions. Lead cross-functional activities to drive continuous growth of the services business. Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in Service Business Management. Experience in delivery, solution architecting, or business planning. Medium to high knowledge of the IT and services industry. In-depth understanding of the organization's services, policies, and processes. Proven leadership and ability to achieve results under tight timelines. Demonstrated skills in planning and financial analysis. Project management and change management skills are essential.
