Description Position: Corporate Project Superintendent Position Summary The Corporate Project Superintendent is responsible for the field leadership, coordination, and execution of large-scale industrial service projects. This role serves as a senior field representative for TAS Environmental, ensuring projects are performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards and client expectations. The Corporate Project Superintendent will work as a billable field leader on large project events across the assigned region, providing operational oversight, coordinating crews, managing field logistics, and ensuring safe and successful project execution. This role will support multiple project teams and act as a technical and operational resource during complex or high-profile jobs. As the role evolves, the Corporate Project Superintendent will also play a key role in supporting and developing large tank cleaning and processing projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive field experience in industrial services, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to safely manage complex projects in dynamic jobsite environments. Corporate Project Superintendent Job Duties Provide field leadership and supervision for large industrial service projects and high-priority project events. Serve as a billable field resource supporting project teams across the assigned region during major project mobilizations. Coordinate daily field operations including crew assignments, equipment utilization, subcontractors, and project logistics. Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards. Support project managers and operations leadership by executing field aspects of project plans and schedules. Act as the senior field authority during project execution, resolving operational challenges and maintaining productivity. Lead and supervise field crews including operators, technicians, and subcontractors. Assist with planning and execution of large tank cleaning and processing projects as part of long-term operational development. Conduct pre-job planning meetings, safety briefings, and daily tailgate meetings. Perform regular jobsite inspections to ensure safety compliance, work quality, and adherence to scope. Ensure proper documentation of field activities including job reports, safety documentation, and project updates. Coordinate with internal departments to secure required equipment, personnel, and materials. Support mobilization and demobilization planning for large project events. Maintain clear communication between field personnel, project managers, and clients. Assist in training and mentoring field personnel on operational procedures and safety expectations. Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety, ensuring all work is performed in strict adherence to company safety policies and industry regulations. Support continuous improvement by identifying operational efficiencies and best practices. Perform other related duties as assigned. Competencies Leadership & Team Coordination Ability to lead field crews, coordinate multiple work groups, and maintain productivity on complex industrial jobsites. Adaptability & Flexibility Ability to adapt to changing jobsite conditions, schedules, and operational requirements. Operational Execution Strong ability to execute project plans in the field while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency. Problem Solving Ability to identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions quickly. Communication Ability to effectively communicate with field crews, management, and clients. Safety Leadership Commitment to promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture across all project activities. Requirements Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 7+ years of experience in industrial services, environmental services, or a similar heavy industrial industry. 5+ years of experience in field leadership, supervision, or superintendent roles. Experience managing large industrial service projects or complex jobsite operations preferred. Experience with tank cleaning, hydroblasting, vacuum services, or industrial maintenance operations preferred. OSHA 30-Hour and HAZWOPER 40-Hour certifications preferred.
