In this pivotal role, you’ll take full ownership of front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. for Clients, visitors and stakeholders alike. Provide courteous and efficient customer service to all Clients and stakeholders Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with Clients and stakeholders including Partners, Advisers, and Corporate staff Answer internal phone calls and will be part of the NZ Phone Pool answering external calls Manage all room bookings, catering orders and event support Support office operations, including managing supply of stocks and liaising with external suppliers and service providers Provide general administrative support to team members and act as the point of contact for organising training and systems updates Collation of Client data and correspondence on behalf of team members The benefits of joining us!
