Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk & Communication – Manage incoming calls and direct visitors
  • Travel Coordination – Arrange flights, car hire, and accommodation
  • Mail & Office Management – Handle incoming mail, maintain office tidiness, and restock supplies.
  • Meeting & Event Support – Manage boardrooms, coordinate catering, and oversee general office maintenance.
