Description

CORPORATE RECRUITER EUROPE (28-32H)

Location: Alphen aan den Rijn, the Netherlands | Hybrid | Full-time
At Sakura Finetek Europe, we help improve cancer diagnostics by providing smart, fully automated pathology solutions. With operations in 14 European countries and a strong international team, we are part of the global Sakura Finetek Group, a financially healthy, privately owned company with a clear and meaningful mission: advancing cancer diagnostics.
To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter who takes full ownership of recruitment across our European region.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a standalone position where you manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You are responsible for hiring across 14 countries, with around 60 percent of roles based at our European headquarters in Alphen aan den Rijn and the remaining 40 percent across our local entities in countries such as Germany, France, the UK, Spain and the Nordics.
You work independently within our HR team and act as a trusted partner to hiring managers. You understand what they need, advise them accordingly, and guide them through a professional and personal recruitment process. You write job ads, manage interviews, handle offers,
actively source candidates if needed and everything in between. Ideally you can work in the office for 2-3 days a week.
We rarely work with recruitment agencies. You are expected to find and attract top candidates yourself by using smart sourcing methods, a strong network and a proactive mindset.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own and manage the full recruitment cycle from job intake to hire
  • Partner with hiring managers in 14 countries across Europe
  • Write and publish job postings on our career site and selected platforms
  • Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and other creative channels
  • Use our ATS (Recruitee) to manage and track the entire process
  • Conduct interviews and guide the offer and onboarding process
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Work on recruitment-related projects such as employer branding and referrals
  • Keep contact with external recruiters to a minimum, you stay in the lead
