CORPORATE RECRUITER – JOB SUMMARY

As a Corporate Recruiter at DebtBlue, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. You won’t just be filling positions — you’ll be building teams that reflect our values and our vision. This role requires more than sourcing resumes; it demands a strategic mindset, a discerning eye for talent, and a deep commitment to placing the right people in the right roles at the right time.
You will partner closely with department leaders to understand workforce needs, design effective talent acquisition strategies, and ensure a smooth, professional, and candidate-centric recruitment process. QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role, preferably in a corporate or high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to recruit across a wide range of roles and departments (sales, operations, customer service, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you build trust quickly and maintain professionalism at every touchpoint.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and grace.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing techniques.
  • A deep belief in ethical hiring practices and a passion for finding candidates who align with a company’s culture and mission.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies that attract high-performing talent across all departments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview plans.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Manage all stages of the hiring process — from initial outreach to offer negotiations — with professionalism and transparency.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the integrity and values of DebtBlue.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for DebtBlue, promoting our culture, mission, and opportunities in a compelling and authentic way.
  • Stay informed of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition and continuously refine recruitment strategies to support company growth.
