About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter (Fresher) to support our growing healthcare staffing and talent acquisition efforts, with a specialized focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) roles. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in recruiting while gaining exposure to the healthcare industry and its financial operations. You will partner closely with senior recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to identify, attract, and engage talent for RCM positions such as medical billing, coding, AR, denial management, patient access, and related functions. What you'll be doing each day: Support full-cycle recruiting activities for entry- to mid-level healthcare RCM roles Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Close candidates and ensure that they are prepared for onboarding Maintain accurate candidate records and metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives Learn and apply basic knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle workflows and terminology Support offer preparation, onboarding coordination, and compliance documentation Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to meet hiring goals Requirements University degree or equivalent experience (HR, Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak fluent English High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong relationship management skills A passion for process improvement and making things better Adaptability and a focus on great service delivery Focus on delivering great candidate experiences Ability to leverage AI tools as needed Positive culture contributor with a sense of fun Preferred: Internship or entry-level experience in recruiting, HR, healthcare, or staffing Interest in healthcare operations or revenue cycle management Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or CRM tools Customer service or sales experience Skills & Competencies Professional verbal and written communication Relationship-building and candidate engagement Time management and follow-through Willingness to learn healthcare and RCM-specific roles Problem-solving and adaptability What We Offer Training and mentorship from experienced healthcare recruiters Exposure to specialized healthcare revenue cycle roles Career growth opportunities within recruiting or healthcare operations Competitive salary and benefits package Collaborative and supportive team environment
