Description The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a long-term care organization, including skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and corporate offices. This role focuses on attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet staffing needs while supporting the organization's mission of providing exceptional resident care. The Corporate Recruiter works closely with facility administrators, HR Directors, nursing leadership, and department managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, non-clinical, and leadership positions across multiple locations. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job postings, and establish candidate qualifications. Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, applicant flow, and retention trends.
