We are looking for a creative Talent Acquisition expert who works in collaboration with Company leadership to develop and help implement talent recruitment strategies nationally in a fast-paced, high growth environment. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with key Shared Services stakeholders Identify top active talent in the education industry through various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and referrals Engage with passive talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, etc Screen candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for various Shared Services roles Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offers Ensure hiring managers and candidates consistently receive a high level of service throughout the screening, selection and placement process Maintain accurate records of candidate information and job postings Understands talent acquisition best practices and advises company leadership on available tools and approaches Ensures compliance with all necessary company policies and state/federal regulations Partner with Marketing & Communications to implement a social media strategy Other duties as assigned Skills/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition Experience with major applicant tracking systems required, Greenhouse preferred Experience with high growth, high-volume recruiting needs required Experience developing and deploying practices that increase the pipeline of diverse talent for key talent communities Basic knowledge of employment and labor laws across the United States Comfort working in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong time management skills Compensation and Benefits: The compensation and benefits information below is accurate as of the date of this posting. The annual starting salary for this position is between $65,000 – $85,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
