Description

As a Corporate Recruiter, responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and selection and assist with overall recruitment strategy. Working closely with the Manager, Talent Acquisition to delivery high quality candidates across the organization. The Corporate Recruiter will partner and build strong relationships with assigned client groups and senior management across the organization to provide full cycle recruiting, identify and develop a pipeline of candidates aligned to specific business units utilizing multiple strategies, not limited to online databases, social media sites, Boolean keyword searching, X-Ray searching, cold calling contact lists, registration lists and networking to identify top talent for our organization. Select top talent to join the organization by forging strong relationships with assigned business unit leaders across the organization and understand how the department works to define what “best” looks like for any given role. Collaborate with the Talent team and business partners in projects that support our strategic goals and overall vision. As a culture champion for the credit union, be the first impression for our candidates, including by participating in career events and organization programs. Completes any other job-related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent education and/or experience. Minimum 3 years of recruiting and sourcing experience for exempt and non-exempt level positions, including in a corporate setting. Experience building strong relationships with assigned business unit leaders across the organization. Effective communication and organization skills. Experienced with full cycle recruiting, to identify and develop a pipeline of candidates aligned to specific business units utilizing multiple strategies, not limited to online databases, social media sites, Boolean keyword searching, X-Ray searching, cold calling contact lists, registration lists and networking to identify top talent for our organization. Strong knowledge of State and Federal laws including, EEO and FLSA. Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly MS Word and Excel. Problem solving skills, attention to detail, able to multi-task. Excellent communication and verbal skills. Able to manage several projects simultaneously. Able to work independently with minimal supervisor and to meet deadlines
