So, what does Silvi Materials Recruiter do? You’ll be an integral part of our talent attraction team:

  • Thrives in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Job board management including data analytics and job descriptions.
  • Sourcing candidates from online job boards, career fairs, and partnership schools.
  • Review applications through applicant tracking software i.e. ICIMS and third party resources i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter.
  • Conducting phone and in person interviews.
  • Working with hiring managers for candidate recommendations, submittals, and second interviews.
  • Writing job offers and verbally relaying to candidates.
  • Conducting employer information sessions and career fairs at universities, technical, and driving schools.
  • Assistance with administrative human resource tasks.
  • Responsible for the assisting the Human Resource Department with related tasks and activities.
  • Supports recruiting initiatives for the HR Team, by coordinating the administrative tasks associated with those activities.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Experience in human resources or related field preferred but not required.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Thrives in a fast paced and high-volume environment.
  • Balancing multiple projects with ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ability to work 2-3 Saturdays a year.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel.
  • Capability to work well within a team atmosphere as well as independently.
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
