Corporate Recruiter Location: Hybrid (Must reside in Oregon)  Pay: $70,000 – $85,000 annually (DOE, Salaried) Summary The Corporate Recruiter is key to ensuring Volare Health facilities are staffed with the right people to deliver high-quality care while minimizing overtime and agency reliance. This role oversees recruitment efforts across multiple locations, building strong pipelines of talent and supporting facility leaders in meeting staffing needs. Key Responsibilities * Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process. * Partner with hiring managers and corporate HR to identify staffing needs and provide recruitment support. * Lead offer negotiations and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. * Maintain consistent communication with candidates and facility leadership. * Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using job boards, social media, networking, and referral programs. * Represent Volare Health at job fairs, conferences, schools, and community events. * Manage 50–60 open requisitions at a time while supporting multiple facilities. Qualifications * Must reside in OREGON be able to travel. * 2+ years of recruiting experience, healthcare preferred (SNF/LTC highly preferred). * Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and current market trends. * Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. * Proficiency with recruiting systems and sourcing tools (ADP experience preferred). * Ability to adapt quickly to changing laws, regulations, and healthcare industry best practices.
