Job Description The Corporate Recruiter manages full-cycle recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles across corporate departments including Accounting, Finance, IT, HR, Digital Marketing, Procurement, Security, Risk, etc. This role conducts detailed intake sessions, partners closely with hiring leaders, and drives timely communication throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities include posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a seamless handoff to the Preboarding team. The Recruiter maintains accurate candidate data in SmartRecruiters (SR), meets established metrics and service standards, and builds strong relationships with leaders, peers, and candidates while upholding the company’s core values. The individual will effectively partner and build relationships with peers, key internal clients, candidates, and hiring leaders. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core company values: Integrity Passion Work Ethic Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process. Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and make informed hiring recommendations. Source, screen, and assess candidates to match position requirements and company values. Prepare candidates for interviews and deliver an exceptional, seamless candidate experience. Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and maintain accurate documentation in recruiting systems. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using referrals, social media, job boards, and grassroots outreach. Build strong community and professional partnerships to support local recruiting efforts. Communicate proactively with candidates, hiring leaders, and peers to ensure timely updates and feedback. Represent Westgate Resorts with professionalism and integrity while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies. Continuously seek ways to improve recruiting effectiveness and support team and company goals. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. Onsite position 4 days and 1 day remote. Experience: 4+ years’ full cycle recruiting and/or sourcing experience Corporate within the hospitality industry experience preferred 4+ years’ experience with ATS platforms and other recruitment, interviewing, assessment tools and technologies 4+ years’ experience partnering effectively managing and building relationships with corporate leaders, senior/executive leadership Experience partnering with peer groups such as HR, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, etc. Experience supervising is preferred but not required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; OR equivalent professional work experience accepted in lieu of education Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment Skills/Knowledge: Professional demeanor and presence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Independent, proactive, and ability to take initiative Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office required Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Proven ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities with strong attention to detail Strong judgment and integrity Proven experience managing confidential information Strong self-awareness and ability to receive and accept feedback in an effort to continue personal and professional growth and development Able to travel for recruiting meetings, college visits, career fairs Available to work evenings and weekends as needed to support hiring needs Additional Information Why Westgate?
