Job Purpose and Impact Location(s): Schiphol (Netherlands), Mechelen (Belgium), London (United Kingdom), Geneva (Switzerland), Sofia (Bulgaria) are strongly preferred or close to any of these locations.   This role strategically leads Corporate Responsibility efforts within Cargill across EMEA and APAC, integrating government relations, social impact, and global philanthropy. The Corporate Responsibility Director builds and maintains relationships with governments, partners, and stakeholders to influence policies, promote social and environmental goals, and manage philanthropic investments. The person will also manage and empower a small team of Corporate Responsibility Professionals Globally.Key Accountabilities Represent the company in forums with government officials and external partners to influence legislation and drive social impact Lead development and execution of communication strategies for social and environmental initiatives Manage philanthropic investments and partnerships to advance ESG goals Guide impact reporting, regulatory compliance, and financial governance Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies and maximize impact Ensure organizational interests are represented in legislative and regulatory proceedings Maximizes influencing skills to bring shared resources into the needs for world area Corporate Responsibility plan execution Lead and develop a high-performing team across regions Qualifications A Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant discipline and or demonstrable experience within Government Relations, Social Impact, Sustainability, Corporate Responsibility Experience gained at a Regional and/ or Global level Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and facilitate with diverse stakeholders at all levels within Cargill and externally (Governments, Partners, NGOs) Strong Project Management capabilities and comfortable working within highly complex, matrixed / or global organizations Team Management experience across globally located teams would be preferred Fluent English - Spoken and Written - Additional European Languages are advantageous but not required  #LI-TG1Our Offer We provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
