RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Support your apprentices through the learning journey and deliver an outstanding learner experience through effective coaching and mentoring.
• Ensure your apprentices are on track to complete their apprenticeship.
• Deliver regular coaching sessions and progress reviews for all apprentices and ensure that employers are up to date with apprentice progress.
• Help review and deliver the learning content, and delivery model for the apprenticeship programme.
• Design and facilitate engaging and relevant apprentice training through group sessions including live sessions and in-person development days.
• Be involved in coordinating the training activities delivered in partnership with our employers and industry experts.
• Assess your apprentices’ work and provide timely and developmental feedback.
• Manage your scheduled activities to ensure the timely achievement of learners.
• Comply with any quality procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with each apprentice and employer you support.
• Provide additional pastoral support for apprentices as required.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Have worked as a Corporate Responsibility Professional either in-house or in a consultancy or agency environment.
• Have a broad understanding of the Corporate Responsibility landscape and the broad range of initiatives that make up a modern CR strategy.
• Experience in either teaching or coaching and a keen interest in developing others.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to deliver to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
• Good IT skills, ability to use software and systems such as MS Office, Salesforce and Learner Management Systems.
• The desire to learn and develop yourself, so that you can add value to the apprenticeship experience of our learners.
• Knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards and End Point Assessments.
• A passion to help people start their careers at amazing companies, which inspires you to deliver the best possible training.
• Ideally hold the Level 3 qualification in Education and Training or equivalent.
• We’d love it if you were a member of a relevant marketing organisation, such as the Chartered Institute for Marketing, holding accreditation but this is not essential.
• Passionate about helping people to start their careers at amazing companies and this inspires you to deliver the best training possible.
• Demonstrates commitment to our values and expected behaviours
• Flexible and understand the balance between being commercial and being compassionate
