Frequent travel to all Company sites is required.JOB SUMMARY

**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

**- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (required).

  • 5+ years of experience in a safety management role, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial settings.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CSP, CHST, or OSHA 30/500) preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
  • Strong communication and training facilitation skills.
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites and facilities

**- Assist the Director of Safety and Security with the design, implementation, and maintenance of corporate-wide health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of safety systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Analyze safety performance metrics and prepare reports for executive leadership.
  • Develop and assist in the delivery of comprehensive safety training programs for employees, supervisors, and managers.
  • Coordinate and lead safety onboarding for new hires, ensuring understanding of all relevant policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all training sessions and certifications.
  • Conduct regular field visits to job sites and facilities to perform inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
  • Serve as the primary safety contact in the absence of a Site Safety Supervisor, during field operations, ensuring proper PPE usage, equipment safety, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; document findings and implement preventive measures.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
  • Maintain all required documentation for safety incidents, inspections, training, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies during inspections or audits
