account manager. This role focuses on managing key accounts, developing sales programs, and
overseeing day-to-day operations. This position requires an initiative-taking individual with excellent
communication and organizational skills, openness to constructive feedback, diligence and getting tasks
done, and a passion for sharing and learning with others!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (or similar) in progress or completed.
  • A strong drive to excel and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Professional and positive demeanor, showing respect for colleagues and customers alike.
  • Exceptional ability to organize tasks and manage priorities effectively.
  • Ability to cultivate customer loyalty through effective relationship building.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel occasionally throughout the year, with a valid passport.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a large corporate account in Canada.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize sell-through and profitability at stores.
  • Work closely on a team with another Account Manager.
  • Help in finalizing orders, optimizing carts, and executing during the season.
  • Project and forecast quantities for upcoming seasons.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and present insightful season recaps.
  • Support the sales team with various tasks as needed.
  • Manage communication, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
