Role Summary: The Corporate Sales Branch head drives acquisition and growth of corporate accounts, manages broker relationships, and executes branch-level sales strategies. The incumbent should have strong relationship building abilities, structured sales execution, and the ability to convert medium-to-large corporate opportunities across targeted industries. This role is also required to mentor and coach team members. Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities Develop and drive strategic sales plans to meet individual and branch targets. Prospect, pitch, and convert new corporate clients via direct channels, partnerships and public sector accounts. Manage and grow broker relationships, enhancing lead flow and conversion quality. Identify and process bid and RFP opportunities; ensure timely submissions. Pitch PZL products to banks, co-underwriters, ZGIC, insurance partners, and institutional clients. Manage corporate client relationships, ensuring value delivery and retention. Provide proactive support on issues, renewals, and client servicing. Prepare weekly reports, monthly MPR inputs, and pipeline updates. Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and customer service to support seamless onboarding. Required Capabilities Educational/Professional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Economics, or related field. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in corporate sales, insurance, or financial services. CIIN certification (in progress or completed) is an advantage. Additional sales or relationship management training is desirable. Key Attributes & Skills (Required) Strong B2B selling, pitching, and negotiation ability. Good understanding of corporate life insurance (Group Life, Credit Life, Mortgage Protection, etc.). Strong stakeholder management (brokers, banks, institutions). Excellent communication (written and verbal). Strong reporting, market analysis, and forecasting skills. Proactive, organized, resourceful, and target driven.
